Eligibility Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of Nigeria or Ghana, and possess a valid government-issued identification document and a local bank account (in Nigeria or Ghana) for KYC verification and transactions.
Account Registration: To use the Service, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (including personal, contact, and financial details). You warrant that all information provided is truthful and not misleading.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, security questions). Service Limitations

✦ We reserve the right to limit the number of transactions, maximum/minimum gift card denomination per transaction, or total transaction volume per User (as displayed on the Service) to ensure service stability and prevent fraud.
Eligible Gift Cards: You may only sell gift cards that meet the following criteria:
✦ ssued by brands listed as supported on the Service.
✦ Valid, unused, and not expired (unless explicitly allowed by the gift card issuer and our Service rules).
✦ Legitimately obtained (not stolen, counterfeit, forged, or obtained through fraudulent or illegal means).
User Warranties: You warrant that:
✦ You are the legitimate owner of the gift card and have the right to sell it.
✦ The gift card details (number, PIN, denomination) provided are accurate and complete.
✦ The gift card has not been used, tampered with, or reported as lost/stolen.
Transaction Process:
✦ You submit the gift card details through the Service’s designated form.
✦ We verify the gift card’s validity (typically within 24 hours; complex cases may take up to 3 business days).
✦ If verified successfully, we credit your account with the agreed amount based on the real-time exchange rate displayed at the time of submission.
✦ You submit a withdrawal request, and we process the payment to your registered bank account (instant processing for most transactions; bank-related delays may apply).
Verification Failure Handling:
✦ If your gift card fails verification (e.g., invalid, used, expired, counterfeit), we will notify you via email/SMS within 24 hours with the specific reason.
✦ You may submit supplementary materials (e.g., original purchase receipt, proof of ownership) for re-verification within 3 business days.
✦ If re-verification fails or no supplementary materials are provided within the deadline, the transaction will be canceled, and we will not be liable for any losses incurred.
Prohibited Activities: You shall not:
✦ Sell gift cards that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
✦ Submit false, misleading, or incomplete gift card information.
✦ Attempt to manipulate the Service, bypass security measures, or interfere with the verification process.
✦ Use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities.
Fees: We do not charge any fees for selling gift cards. You will receive the full amount corresponding to the exchange rate displayed at the time of transaction.
Exchange Rates: Exchange rates are dynamic and determined by market conditions, gift card brand, and denomination. The rate applicable to your transaction is the rate displayed on the Service at the time of submitting your gift card details. We reserve the right to adjust exchange rates without prior notice, but the rate for an already submitted transaction will not change.
Payments and Withdrawals:
✦ Payments are made in NGN or GHS to your registered bank account.

✦ Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination (e.g., liability for fraudulent transactions).
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardnaira shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

✦ Service interruptions, technical failures, or delays (including bank-related delays).
✦ Third-party claims arising from your violation of these Terms or illegal use of the Service.

✦ Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of your most recent transaction with us.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

✦ The exchange rates will meet your expectations.
✦ The gift card verification process will be completed within a specific timeframe (except as stated in these Terms).
✦ We are not liable for the validity, authenticity, or performance of gift cards submitted by you.
All content, trademarks, logos, slogans, graphics, software, and other intellectual property rights on the Service are the exclusive property of Cardnaira or our licensors.
You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any intellectual property without our prior written permission.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws, and we reserve the right to take legal action.
Negotiation: Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and us.
